    Phyciatric evaluation
    How do I stand legally if the phycitris says that my son is not able to make a life and death desion... he is 25 and smokes canabis and he is dying because of kidney failure he has told them he does not want treatment but they are going to put it in front of a phycirtris what can I do if that happens as I'm his mum sorry about the spelling I hope you no what I'm trying to say and ask

    Are you wanting him to get treated, or are you wanting to respect his wishes?

    If he's proved incompetent I would think that you, or another parent, would be a logical choice to be appointed as his guardian. Then you can handle things however you see fit.
