    If left untreated, it could leave you with kidney issues, which could cause you to DIE--so in that case, yes, it could cause you not to have children because you'd be DEAD.

    People have urinary tract infections all the time. See your doctor, get treated, and move on.

    UTIs can also cause you to miscarry if you are pregnant and the UTI is left untreated.

    I think you mean bladder infections?

    The urinary system is separate from the reproductive system... they just have openings very close together in the vulva.

    Bladder infections must be treated as J-9 said, because the infection can spread to the kidneys, and you don't want a kidney infection.

    Bladder infections are different from UTIs. If you have a bladder infection, it HURTS. Having a UTI isn't exactly comfortable, but a bladder infection is the 3rd most painful thing I've ever had to go through--after kidney stones and giving birth.
