    Restaurant budget
    I need a restaurant budget for a 87 chair place small restaurant. I would like an easy format to follow. Where do I find such a product?

    Depending on where you're located, there should be a restaurant fixture store... or a depot that sells restaurant equipment.

    Yes, this is something you will have to do, most supply houses can provide you an estimated need of equiupment and their costs, the food suppliers can give you a est of their costs.

    Only you know if this is going to be a burger place or a fine dinning expereince, and what is the pay of staff, benefits you are going to offer, what is your insurance costs and more. This is something you have to call and call and call and get all the estimates and work out the budget.
