Cant remember singing kids video
I can not remember the name of this singing kids video I watched when I was a kid. It involved a girl who was in a black and white dress with black and white socks and she had a dog. There were families around the town that were different colors like red blue and green. The families were fighting so there was no color but at the end the girl got the familys together and they sang and then all the colors went into her dress and socks. Does anyone know the name of this kids video. One of the songs was do your ears hang low
