    Can you explain how your supervisor is stealing time from the company. Your supervisor is more than likely a salaried exempt employee.

    Salary exempt employees are paid by the job and not by the hour. They are paid the same salary if they work 5 hours as they are if they work 12 hours in the day. Hours do not count.

    I agree with Wildsporty - it is doubtful that he is an hourly employee. We need more information.

    I wouldn't snitch on your boss no matter what. Yes, he may get fired, but your NEW boss will know that you snitched on your last one, and that ain't going to be good.
