    Busy Schedule creates problems
    Ima man that has a job and a hustle on the side.I mite work a 12-7pm -or-3to 7.days I don't work I hustle.but I want to start working out which is an everyday process and takes lots of commitment.then there is a couple of woman that I talk to.also there is a 50 question test I need to study for at home so I can eventually go and get my certificate.. now I can work or hustle but that won't leave me enough energy for the rest of the evening to workout hard.what can I do.any suggest or times?

    A good time management idea is to make yourself a schedule. Keep a small pocket calendar with you. I know how it feels to be a busy bee. Got to keep it all in your schedule. Write it down and follow it. And don't forget to leave yourself some down time alone to relax and recooperate.
