My hair is always bulky and out of place. Like the sides are all out and my bangs like curl up and it looks so bad.

And one of my friends suggested a product called wax. She says it won't make it all crunchy and sticky like gel will. And the hair will cooperate better and keep it down. Has anybody heard of it before and is it a good product to use or what else could I use?

So that's kind of what I need. A product that keeps the hair soft and down.

Wax can help. But I'd usually opt for hairspray. A light mist usually does the trick.

Also, blow drying your hair helps keep your hair in place throughout the day.
