    Stomach pain
I have been having stomach trouble for a while now. In aug I went to the health department and they took a urine sample and it came back that I had a bladder infection. The nurse there got me a prescription for it (amoxicillin). Its been a week since I finished the antibiotic and still no relief. My stomach hurts a lot after I eat, sometimes drinks affect it to. Most of my stomach is tender to touch, and before a bowel movement, I can feel it moving around and its quite painful.
Yesterday I noticed my stool was almost black looking, twice I noticed it. Today it looked like it might have been in small spots or so. Im not sure it its because I ate dark chocolate cake and chocolate icing 2 days ago, I've ate this before and never had this happen.
Could someone please go over this and maybe give me a few ideas of what it could be.
    Thanks.

It could be a number of things. I would start with a colon clense. There can be up to 26 pounds of stuck feces in the colon at one time, which would cause pain like you are saying. As for using amoxacillin that causes all of the bad bacteria as well as the good beneficial bacteria (flora) to be destroyed, therefore it is hard to get well with nothing in your body fighting for you. Antibiotics do more damage than good. I know I went through it with having hernia, gasteritous, reflux and ulcers.Try Braggs vinegar(from healthstore)with mother in it. It is how that saying an apple a day keeps the doctor away, got started. The mother is an apple in the applecider vinegar.(make sure it is organic)

The above information may be appropriate. HOWEVER, this sounds like you might have a bleed or a stomach ulcer. You see, the black tarry looking stools could indicate bleeding in the upper portion of the colon. If you take the advice above, it could be very damaging.

You should probably be seen to rule out an ulcer or gastric problem prior to following that advice.
