    Can I get my adult Florida criminal record expunged?

    Most likely you should, if you have not gotten into any additional trouble in many years, held a steady job and/or got additional education.

    You will hire an attorney who will present it to the court.

    There can be some crimes or some people with so many crimes that one can not say always, since you did not say what crime it was or how many crimes
