    1988 chevy monte carlo LS transmission linkage
    I have a 1988 monte carlo ls automatic rear wheel drive and my transmission linkage has been disconected for it to be towed I have a small bolt and a teddy bear washer how and where can I hook my transmission up:) :)

    Jack rear end up safely. Slide driveshaft into transmission, ensuring everything positions properly in the differential yoke. Normally, the driveshaft is held in place in the yoke by two bolts and a small steel plate. Check transmission fluid afterwards--much can be lost during towing. This is my interpretation of your question.
