    I-134 Affidavit of Support
    Hello everyone,

I am close to finishing the I-134 affidavit of support for the person who will be co-sponsoring my husband for entry to the U.S. because I did not make sufficient $$ in my 2007 tax return. I am preparing this document for the co-sponsor, since my immigration attorney is out of the country for I don't know for how long, and I need to send these forms out to the Consulate in Rio de Janeiro ASAP. My husband had his interview on the 19 of August and was granted entry to the U.S; however, because I did not make sufficient $$, they are withholding his passport until I send the I-134 form signed and notarized and all supporting evidence (statement from employer, copy of recent check stubs, and so forth). I recently got a job and will be making enough to support him when he arrives in the states. At this moment, I am having trouble trying to answer question 11 in the form. I have pasted the question taken directly from the form and it is as follows:

I intend / do not intend to make specific contributions to the support of the person(s) named in item 3.

(If you check "intend," indicate the exact nature and duration of the contributions. For example, if you intend to furnish room and board, state for how long and, if money, state the amount in U.S. dollars and state whether it is to be given in a lumpsum, weekly or monthly, and for how long.

My question is, what should I provide in regards to that question? I will be checking "intend" but I don't know what to write. And I WILL BE SUPPORTING MY HUSBAND. We need the co-sponsor because the consulate has asked for one and because it is needed so that he can get his passport with his visa (k-3). I think the co-sponsor is responsible for my husband for three years. Please advise. Thank you so much!

This is for K-3 visa, just write N/A. It's not applicable.
