Afraid to do anything
Hi everybody, I have a problem that every time I want to do some work, I get scared that if I do it I might not be successful because the time is not right or I feel that if I get get started on sone work, something bad might happen. Because of this I am unable to to anything and I feel I am wasting my time but my thoughts are very strong and I cannot change my mind. Because of this I keep postponing the work and when I do it, I do it half heartdly. Please advise me.

When you say work ,do you mean when you go to your job of work, or do you mean anything in general... housework,gardening shopping etc..
Is it that you feel you are a failure or the work is to hard for you? How long have you felt like this, did it just come on suddenly, maybe something triggered a reaction, and you've felt this way ever since? All of us in life worry that we might fail at something or that we are not as good as everyone things we are,that's OK, we can only do are best,nothing more nothing less.If that's not acceptable,well... we put it down to experience and just move on to the next chalenge in life. |

Happiness in life comes directly from *doing* all kinds of things... happiness never comes from analyzing your life from moment to moment. There is no correct way to live your life day by day, *no* correct way! Happiness comes from spontaneity and peace and confidence. :):) You must do something! Are you in an unhappy marriage? |
