    Fair Credit Reporting Act
    Who do I contact to get a few debts written off my credit report.
    Since they have met the 7yrs period
    Can I contact Experian or the creditor that is still listed on my report?

    Hello B:

    Contact all THREE credit bureaus, and request a copy of your credit report. If the debts show up, they tell you how to challenge them. You need to do it with all three of them, because they don't share information.

    So who are the 3, does my credit report tell me the three to call or is it experian, equifax and trans union
