    visiting visa for my sister
    Hi,

    I am on h1b visa, I want take my sister to USA. Can I bring her on tourist visa? My friends are saying only I can bring my parents but not sister or brother. Please advise me.

    You are in US with non-immigrant visa, so you cannot really "bring" someone to US. Your family can apply for visitor's visas to come visit you.. but the key is they have to prove their financial sources and ties to their home country.
