    Diet after colon surgery
My brother just had colon surgery (resection) and is confused about what he should eat and what foods he should avoid altogether. He normally eats a lot of fruit &/or juices fresh fruit. Please help us help him by giving him more information than the doctor did.

:p Just had the same surgery, I eat just about the same diet. I walk 2 miles day and work out at the gym three times a week. According to some cancer folks this can reduce the chance of the cancer returning by 30%. Good Luck.;) Eat very little Pork beef and Lamb.
