Taking my child abroad without my consent
Hi my ex-wife and I are both Portuguese but living in the UK. I have just found out that she has taken my son to Portugal without my permission. In the past she has needed me to sign a letter of agreement at the Portuguese consulate, is this still a legal requirement ?

If the child is still under age, yes it is still a legal requirement.
