I fell out with a really close friend beginning of July and its now the end of August. We were so close and told each other everythink, I just wish we were like this again! She's willing to be mates again, and I want to, but I just cant! I don't know why either :S she really hurt me. Just to fill you in - I had liked a boy for 4 months, met up with him and everythink but wasn't going out, lost out v's to each other as well. I told her everythink! But on my birthday party I found out she had been meeting this boy behind my back! :(.. and to cut a long story short, she was meant to be a best mate but she had been meeting this boy behind my back whilst I was.. and well I really just want to forget about it and be friends with her again because we had such a good friendship, but its like my bodies not letting me, even though I want to! :S.. so has anyone got any advice, would you just try and go back to old times or what? Xx

I can understand your hesitation in wanting to be friends again. If she was seeing your boyfriend behind your back then she didn't value your friendship and possibly capable of doing the same again someday. IF you become friends with her again guard what you tell and don't tell her. I'm not so sure I would be that easy to forgive and forget.
