Purchase new thermostat for heat pump.
I have a Heat Pump with Emergency Heat and Aux Heat (electric). I believe this could be considered a 2 stage or multi stage. I always leave the fan on for health reasons and clean the electro static filter frequently. I want to install a programmable thermostat that changes from heat to cool automatically. What should I look for in the discription details of a new thermostate for my home? Please advise...
