    I Have A Situation I Am Going Through With My Child. How Do I Go About Getting A Paternity Test For On My Ex Who Is Now In Prison?

    Based on the experience of a friend of mine, who was receiving state assistance , the office of child support was more than happy to assist.:D

    Get a court order for the test, it is served on the prison, the prison medical staff will take it and send it for testing
