    nonlinear inequality
    express the solution using interval notation and graph the solution set

    (x+2)(x-3)<0

    I'll help you out with the first one.

    first, set it as an equality

    (x+2)(x-3) = 0

    so this means

    x + 2 = 0 or x - 3 = 0

    x = -2

    x = 3

    now, line graph

    <---(-2)-------(0)-------------(3)--------->

    and test out each area (so... pick -3, -1, 1, and 4), and plug in back into equation, and see if it's negative.
