    Kenmore Elite Agitator
I have a Kenmore Elite washer. The agitator does not engage during the cycle. I can turn it clockwise during a wash cycle, so it is not jammed. I have no problems with spin. (yet).
Any ideas would be appreciated. I read the notes from Applguy but I have no noises or no problems with spin so that is why I posted a new question.
    Thanks!

Do you have any idea what the part numbers are? Can you point me to directions for replacing cams? Thank you so much for your help!

Remove the softner despenser, the bow tie type cap. Use a long extension with a 7/16" socket and remove the bolt and then lift the agitator out. Now separate the 2 halves of the agitator and replace the 4 cams. You can get at your local appliance repair parts house with the model # or on line at HomePage
