    Brown spots on my hands specially right
    Hi,
    I have brown spots on my hands but more on the right hand and it is really bothering me. Why do I have them, and is there anything I could do to get rid of them?

    Brown spots can be moles and age spots. Age spots can be cause by exposure to the sun. In America, many people get age spots on their left sides, face or hands, because we drive on the left side of our automobiles and get more sun on the left side over a lifetime.

    There is no way to "cleanse" your spleen or any internal bodily organs with no access to the outside world... the best thing you can do for yourself is eat a proper diet and exercise every day. Avoid poisons such as alcohol and drugs.
