Light not working in ceiling fan
We bought an Aloha Breeze ceiling fan about two months ago. About two days ago I tried to turn the light on my the pull chain and it doesn't click or turn the light on. We have no remote, it is just the pull chain. I unscrewed the dome and tried it that way and it worked once and then not again. I can't find the manual, which includes the phone number, and I can't find anything on the internet either. What should we do? Is this fixable?

It is most likely a failed/faulty pull chain switch. It must be replaced, its usually easier to get at the swicth if you remove the light fixture from the fan, that exposes the wiring. Use an OEM switch if you can get one.

Usually the light pull chain is not a problem. It usually comes out the bottom and is pulled straight down. Often the fan chain is a problem because it usually comes out the side or passes through the diffuser. Make sure that the bottom cover is aligned such that the chain can be pulled straight and does not hang up on a sharp edge. If it is hanging up and you can't prevent it, cut the chain, tie a nylon string to the last bead, let the cord pass through what ever it is hanging on. Then tie the remaining part of the chain to the cord. You can probably do this such the cord cannot be seen.

Those beaded chains just don't go over sharp edges or around corners very well, the cord will.

    Aloha Breeze is JUNK.

Try bypassing the pullchain switch and see if the light works, if it does, change it out.
