If you really want to go to college, there are ways. I am paying my own tuition, but spent 2 years at a community college to save money. That way, when I transferred to university, I went right into classes for my major. You can still take out loans even though your parents have claimed you. I have 2 loans. And you should look for scholarships everywhere! If you have already been accepted to a college, get a hold of their financial aid office and sit down and talk with someone.

You can go to the college's financial aid office and tell them of your situation.. that you're not being supported by parents, etc.

See if they can up your grant. You can also get a work study job or a part time job off campus.

My parents didn't support me for college either, had to work all 4 years.
