    I think I left tampon in too long
    I think I left my tampon in for too long. I forgot about it and it may have been there for up to 19 hours what do I do?!

    Is it out? Watch for fever. Please never wear a tampon for more than 4 hours, it can lead to Toxic Shock Syndrome.
