    Deed to a condo
I jointly own a condo in Florida with my husband - I have power of attorney in the USA
He wants the condo to be solely in my name as he works in the Uk - advise how I do this - take his name off and leave just min
No lien - owned outright by us
    We live in Texas

If we want to gift it to our son aged 14 - is that possible?

You cannot gift this to your son as he is underage. You could put this in a trust for him though.

If you have power of attorney for your spouse then you get a real estate attorney to do the transfer to a trust.
