Hi,I've been trying for a baby for 4 months now without success! I was just wondering if anyone in the same position as me has any advice? I'd love to share tips

I remember when my wife and I were trying. We spent money going to a specialist and the final outcome was that because she was so nervous about getting pregnant, that we were having problems. I apologize if this sounds disrespectful, but it worked for us and we had 2 great kids.
The doctor actually told us to try to get her to relax by getting her a little tipsy. We tried this and when she was tipsy and happy, we had sex multiple times. Well this worked.

Again I apologize but I did not know any other way to say it.

Let me also say that you have only been trying for 4 months. It takes the average healthy couple a year of actively trying before becoming pregnant.

If you are trying now, I suggest you start prenatal vitamins if you haven't already. It's best to get the benefits of the folic acid in your system before becoming pregnant.

As was mentioned above, the stress from trying actually can slow the process.
