    Hot flashes
    I've been expreincing hot flashes. Like I ture bright red and start sweating out of no where our house is freezing we walk around with blankets and the kids ware footed pjs when we are just around the house because I can't stand to be hot and here latly I have been having heat flashes. My face and arms turn red and for about 5 to 10 minutes I am burning up. I just don't know if this is normal or should I bring it up to my dr?

    If you are really concerned about it, ask your doc. This happened to me also in the last 2 months of my pregnancy. I live in PA, and in Nov./Dec, I had windows open all the time, my poor husband froze to death :) It is most likely your hormones causing the hot flashes.

    Good post ang! Like ang said it could all be down to your hormones etc.. if you are really worried though bring it up at your next appointment.
