    Wage deduction
Hi, I am in Illinois and work for a small property management co. We are venturing into doing garnishments on our judgments. I have learned how to do the initial filing and have done so pro se on several of our ex tenants. However, we are receiving the majority of our interrogatories back indicating there are not enough funds to collect. (indicated with a negative #) so I need to know what to do next with those. Then a couple of them came back with an amount that I believe to be the amount of the garnishment each pay period so what do I do with those? I am not trying to do anything to anyone that shouldn't be done. These people signed a contract with us for rent and then didn't pay it and were evicted. This money is owed to us.
