    Combo Dimmer Switch / receptacle
    Hey - I want to put a dimming light switch w/ a grounding receptacle in my bathroom. Has any one ever seen such an item and if so where at? You would think somewher out there there gots to be one.

    Actually you would need a GFCI dimmer/recpetacle if you want to meet code. I have not seen this set up. You could install a GFCI duplex receptacle and then a light switch tap for the dimmer. This would require a deep 4x4 box or more depending on the heat requirements of the dimmer. They can give off heat and have specific requirements for box sizes.
