    Feeling fat & frumpy. Bad eating habits.
    Just looking for some general and easy to follow advice about losing weight. I'm not looking to diet as such just change my eating habits. I work shifts anywhere between 9am-9pm so sometimes cooking a healthy dinner at home is not an option, and I've fallen into eating junk on my dinner break (cheap & quick) and then eating chips or something ridiculous when I get home. Breakfast is 2 slices buttered toast with vegemite & cheese. I don't like sweet food much. Healthy lunch if I'm not working late is easier.

    Also I weigh 82kg (180pounds) and am 5ft8 maybe a bit taller. 19yo and currently I don't exercise. I know I am overweight and would love to lose 15kg. My weight is carried on my stomach area and my breasts are large (14 H cup) however I don't know how much breasts really weigh or if this has any impact? They have always been big even when I was slimmer. Is there a certain way to eat or exercise that can reduce my stomach quickly?
