    Honda Civic CNG Conversion
Hi, I have had my 1.5l Honda Civic 2006 converted to bi-fuel i.e. petrol and CNG. The problem is idiling speed, runs OK on petrol but when on CNG the idle speed drops. Have adjusted the idle screw on the throttle body as well as the throttle wire but the rpm will not increase. Help

I work at the east liberty autoplant where the civics are made and I asked my team leader about this because he is one of the few who are allowed to do repairs on the cng's.he said the cng's will idle a lot lower than one that runs on gas.he didn't really explain why just that the emissions are so much lower.we just built 60 of them today.
