Start lifitng weights. You can't change your height. You can get more muscular though. Muscle weighs more than fat.

I think that you are at an age where sometimes size is a bit awkward and uncomfortable. It will all fall into place. Eat good, lots of carbs, lift weights, swim, build up that muscle tone.

Agreed. Make your body healthier, and the rest will fall into place. If people pick on you because of your size they are morons.

I don't understand what your penis has to do with your height and weight... the point is... start working out... lifting weights... you'll see a difference, your doctor will be proud that you are taking intiative to become healthier..

Puberty comes when your body is ready for it. Just wait it out, it'll happen. And then you'll really be miserable. Random erections, sueaky then cracking voice, sparse hairs, growing pains! Enjoy!

Oh my goodness, don't think of speeding up puberty, people screw around with the natural order of things far too often. You are probably fantastic the way that you are, we are all super harsh on ourselves, especially at your age - it's an uncomfortable age, almost impossible to feel good in your own skin. I'm a female but let me tell you something about me - I didn't even need a bra until I was 16 and I didn't reach puberty until I was almost 17. I am a perfectly normally proportioned female.

ChihuahuaMomma is right - if people make fun of you they are morons, pay no attention to it what so ever, learn to love yourself as you are. It's going to be fine and it all just takes time - I would not concern over the possible health issues right now, I think you are getting yourself a little more worried about this than you need too! : )
