    Tunnel feeling
    I have had for several months now a tunnel feeling in my head. If feels like you are always in a cloud or in a tunnell. What could this be?

    It can be a poor diet. I had that for years too.
    Try eating healthier homemade meals.
    Cut out all junk foods, prepackaged foods, fast foods etc...

    Take vitamin Bcomplex, gingko in the morning with breakfast

    At bedtime I take 600 mg of calcium, 300 mg of magnesium and vitamin D

    There are other supplements you can take too but that is a good start. But if you are on prescription meds even the supplements I mentioned may not be good depending on the meds.
