    Protect mtg property from liens/judgements
    [F]how can I protect my mortgaged property from a financial institution placing a lien/judgement on it... I live in Florida... will a living trust or quick claiming it to someone else work?[F]

    I think we need more details. Are you behind on your payments? If you are and you attempt to change the deed they will very likely enforce the "due on sale" clause in your mortgage and you'll still be foreclosed on.

    Or are you talking about judgements from other debts?
