I asked my PO earlier in last week for a travel pass, He said okay and told me he would call me back asking for a little more info. I am trying to make travel arrangements but can't get a hold of him. I have been calling daily for a week and no response. I know he is in the office because the secretary tells me he is. Can I speak to someone different or any suggestions to get in touch with him would be helpful.

Ask to speak to his Supervisor.

Short of going there in person and actually getting the travel pass you can speak to the Supervisor. You'll have to go there in person anyway to get your travel pass.
