Hi there,

For about 3 years now I've had these small hard spots on my cheeks and chin area.
They appear to be like groups of lumps under the skin that are not red like normal spots.
When I squeeze them often a hard yellow/white egg cocoon shape excretes from the spot, this then may turn into a red spot or it goes back to its original form.

Please help.

I can't use soap as it irritates burns dries and itches my skin
And moisterisers make me break out in loads of spots and whiteheads
I do not have oily skin

Any advise will be extremely helpful.

My first and probably best piece of advice would be to make an appointment with a skin Dr. Anything that has been going on that long you should probably have checked by a professional.
