    Radiator/Baseboard Heater Won't Turn Off!
I just purchased and moved into a new condo. There is a baseboard heater/radiator in the master bath that will not seem to turn off. It has one knob on the left that indicates you turn it to the right for "warmer". I have it all the way to the left and it will not turn off. There is no master switch or off switch. I unscrewed the plates on either end and it exposes wires that are capped with either red, white, or black caps. I'd like to remove the whole thing if possible, but at least need to turn it off.

    Can anyone help me??

Go to your circuit breaker panel see if it is marked, should be a 2pole20a c.b. that will at
Least shut it off until it gets cold out!
