    Condo Laws
    In regards to condo assoc fees, if you do not pay them what can be done, can the condo assoc really forclose on your home?

    It depends on what your condo association's by-laws say. Some condo associations can immediately place a lien on your condo without obtaining a judgment in court. Others may have the right to start foreclosure proceedings. Read your by-laws carefully.
