    Juice Fasting/ Quitting Smoking/Female Cycles
I have been researching "juice fasting" and I am excited to begin. The question I have is related to timing. I am also wanting to quit smoking. No point of "detoxifying" if you still smoke. I am wondering if I should begin the fast, get my body "into" the fast and then stop smoking. From what I have read, authors recommend not beginning a fast under "stressful" conditions. I will begin my period in a week.

I am afraid if I dive in all at once, I will be doing too much at one time . Setting myself up for failure. I did "practice" fasting for the past 24 hours and I felt all right. I just wanted to see how "not going through the motion of eating" would feel. It wasn't bad and the juices I made were good.

I would appreciate any help. Have a blessed day!!

Yes you probably should wait a few days because if your body is full of sugar, caffeine and different toxins you could very likely have a bad migraine and aches the first couple of days.
