    Who is the real father ifI ejaculated externally on the vagina of my girl friend on the day 14 of her cycle. Next day she had intercourse with her husband. Now she is pregnant.

    You have no way of knowing until DNA testing is done.

    While more chance of husband, no way to know for sure without a DNA test.

    Her husband is the legal father. A married woman's children are, by law, her husband's.

    It isn't likely that you are the biological father, but a DNA test after the birth of the child would prove that.

    Right, husband is the presumptive father unless someone proves otherwise.

    If you were having unprotected intercourse and then pulled out just before ejaculation, it is still possible that you could be the father. Pre- is sperm loaded too. The withdrawal method is like playing Russian Roulette.

    Who cares why is she cheating anyway most likely it is the husbands But there is no for sure answer till she gets the test lets just pray it is the husbands
