    Kentucky shock probation violation.
    In Kentucky, is a felony shock probation violation handled the same as a regular probation violation?

    Probation is probation regardless. The only difference is the "shock" part versus it was part of the original sentence. In either case, the person will probably be sent back to complete their time as they didn't obey the rules and got arrested again for who knows what.
