Hello All, My Name Is Tajuana And I Really Need Some Help. I'm Trying To Get Custody Of My 4 Yr Old Niece. Here's The Story Her Mom Has 3 Other Children That She Doesn't Care For. Her Oldest Child Is With Her Sister And Her Twin Boys Are With Their Grandmom. Problem... I Live In Jersey The Absent Mother Lives In Maryland. My Brother Doesn't Have The Means Right Now To Care For His Daughter. He Says He Doesn'nt Mind If I Take Custody Until He Can Do Better. Since The Day This Child Has Been On The Planet She Has Been With Me And My Children About 95% Of The Time. When She Is Brought Up To Visit They Say They Will Pick Her Up In 2 Weeks But They Never Come Back. This Past October She Came For A "visit" And Stayed Until Mid March. Her Other Aunt Took Her For 2 Weeks And Brought Her Right Back To Me Yesterday Because Knows Where The Child's Mom Is. What Should I Do!?
