    Emancipation rules
    I'm 15 and I'm turning 16 and I want to get emancipated when I turn 16 and I just want to no the rules to it?

    Go to your local Family court and ask there.

    Generally, you will need to show that you can support yourself independently. This means have a job and a place to live.
