What is the energy efficiency of the following appliances:
1) Ceiling Fan
2) Air Conditioner
3) Refrigerator
4) Washing Machine

Please give the answer in percentage?

Energy efficiency is not just X or Y, but refers to ratio's between different items.

The energy effiency of a dishwasher is higher than if you do a handwash of all dishes under a warm water running tap.
However, a handwash of all dishes in a basin is more energy efficient than if done in a dishwasher.

A ceiling fan is more energy efficient than an air conditioner, but does not provide the same conditions as an ariconditioner can do.

A fly box is more energy efficient than a refrigerator, but does not provide the same conditions needed to keep the food edible.

Etc. etc. etc.

Percentages can only be provided if you state the items and their specifics involved in that comparison...
