    Rape case
    I have a friend who is 14 and she is preganent with a 24 year olds child. How long can he be put in jail? And what is the shortest time he can be in jail?

    Depends on the State.

    He will be a registered sex offender so if he has any plans of getting out of jail and being with her before she's of legal age it's not going to happen.

    Who pressed charges against him?
