    Maytag neptune dryer venting
    Can the Maytag Neptune Model Md5500 gas dryer be vented out the side instead of the back?

    Regardless of out the back or the side it must be properly vented to the outside. If the unit already has a vent at the back would suggest you stick to the position the manufacturer has given you.
