Tough one: claymation gargoyle attacks man
In the mid-80's I recall watching a marathon of classical movies with Ray Harryhausen-style claymation monsters, i.e. Clash of the Titans and Jason and the Argonauts. One of these had a scene where a man is attacked by a winged monkey or gargoyle on a hill with ruins like the parthenon. It looked like the little claymation gargoyle from The Golden Voyage of Sinbad, but human-sized. I know this is a tough one.

Found it! The movie is Jason and the Argonauts. That's weird because Ive seen the movie since then and the scene wasn't there.

80's claymation films? [ 4 Answers ]

Ok so there is a movie I remember watching when I was about 5 that was quite dark for a children's movie. It had a little girl in it, with a man as a villain. I do not remember the plot at all-- but the animation is similar to Rudolph and the Life and Times of Santa Claus/Davy and Goliath. Any...
