L1 visa transfer on Company Change
    My Situation:

I am an Indian citizen. I worked for US Based MNC 'A' in India from Nov 2004 - Nov 2005. I left the company and joined another Indian MNC 'B' in India. I worked in India from Nov 2005 - Nov 2007 and then I was transferred to US on L1-Blanket by the same company. I worked in US from Dec 2007-April 2008. I resigned company 'B' in US and came back to India to join back Company 'A'.

    My Question:

    1. Now that I am in India, can I apply for L1 transfer from Company 'A' which was originally granted when I was in Company 'B'?

    If 'No'

    2. Since I have worked for company 'A' before, do I still have to wait for 1 year completion before I apply for a new L1 or my previous employment with company 'A' can be accounted for application?

Any help/ suggestions on above are welcome. Thanks in advance for your help.

You are subject to one year term before you can apply for a new L-1.
