Paying rent while home is in judgement
Hi I really hoping someone can answer this for me... I am renting a home and was recently notified that house has a judgment on it and is being foreclosed. The first foreclosure date was postponed but as far as I know it is still happening. Do I have to continue to pay him rent? Legally that is... can he kick me out if I refuse to pay?
